Try #1. On my first try I put one foot on the toilet seat and one foot on the ground. I inserted the tampon at an angle and I even put a mirror in front of me so I could see. I couldn’t actually see much but it helped a little. I pushed it in but it would only go in so far before it hurt! So I just pulled it out to try again.
